Accommodation Costs

For those delegates that require accommodation, RTC Events Management have secured discounted group rates at the Pullman Hotel. To secure this rate you will need to book accommodation through us and this can be done during the registration site.

The accommodation prices per room are as follows:

Type Price
Mercure Run of House – Single $215 per night
Mercure Run of House – Twin $120 per night (per person)
Mercure Run of House – Double
$240 per night

Pullman Classic – Single $255 per night
Pullman Classic – Twin $140 per night (per person)
Pullman Classic – Double

$280 per night

Please note that the Twin Room rates are based on two colleagues sharing a room and you must nominate the colleague whom you are sharing with during the registration process. It is a cost per person for this room type, so the colleague you are sharing with must also select the room type and pay for the other half of the room. If you do not make an arrangement to share, you will be charged the standard single room rate for any nights in that room.

Double Occupancy is based on two people sharing the same room with one bed and is inclusive of two breakfasts.
